I will say that I have not been a creative slacker, but I have not exactly been following the prompts either. I did sign up for “Camp Nanowrimo” and I’ve been making a serious effort to write every day. BUT this comment is the first time I’ve found a way to use your word of the day in my writing 🙂

What, pray tell is Camp Nanowrimo?

It’s like NaNoWriMo, if you’ve heard of that – but it’s in July, so it’s more laid-back and whatever-y. NaNoWriMo in November sets an insane goal (especially with Thanksgiving sitting there near the end of the month) of writing a 50,000 first draft of a novel. Camp NaNoWriMo lets you set a word count goal as low as 10,000 and work on whatever you want – essays, blogs, novel, short story, etc. So I’m giving it a whirl.
